Overall, 2017 is the time for CMOs to move beyond vanity clicks and likes and to really put the customer at the forefront of their marketing strategy. The customer experience will be the driving force behind leading marketers’ strategy, metrics, and the technology they implement. (And we’d like to remind you that phone calls play a huge role in the customer journey!)
