We chatted with Kihana Langdon, Senior Customer Success Onboarding Specialist at Invoca, about what makes her team “the best team” and why she loves her day job.
What do you do at Invoca (what are your title, team, and big responsibilities)?
I’m a Senior Customer Success Onboarding Specialist. I work with our new customers to ensure the successful implementation/training of Invoca.
What brought you to Invoca?
The culture brought me to Invoca. I was looking for a company that is committed to customer success, welcoming, and innovative. Plus, a close friend of mine worked at Invoca and had nothing but great things to say about the company. I’ve met life long friends from working here.
What’s your favorite Invoca company event?
I can’t pick just one event. I like Company Kickoff and Summit. Company Kickoff is a great time to bond with coworkers since it is an employee-only event while Summit (our customer-facing conference) is a great time to meet customers in person and hear their success stories.
What’s a fun fact about yourself?
I went bungee jumping in Argentina.
