Today, The Software Report announced its Top 50 SaaS CEOs of 2019. We’re thrilled to announce that Gregg Johnson, Invoca CEO, is #3 on the list of Top 25 Growth Leaders. 

These exceptional CEOs were selected based on nominations from colleagues, peers and other software industry participants. Nominees were reviewed across a number of key attributes including integrity, intellect, drive, emotional intelligence, organizational culture and operational skill. They were most closely evaluated based on qualitative and substantive commentary provided on the CEOs character. The list categorized CEOs of companies with 500+ employees as “Masters of Scale” and CEOs of companies with less than 500 employees as “Growth Leaders”

Gregg Johnson joined Invoca as CEO in 2017. Under his leadership, the company has experienced unprecedented growth while being repeatedly recognized as the market leader in enterprise call tracking and analytics software. Invoca’s AI-powered call tracking and analytics platform won multiple industry awards in 2019, including the ClickZ & Search Engine Watch “Best Call Tracking Platform Award”, the Business Intelligence Group “Artificial Intelligence Excellence Award”, and the Aragon Research “Hot Vendor Award” in conversational intelligence.

Gregg’s focus on customer success, innovation, and a culture of continuous improvement has led the company to a 200 percent year-over-year growth in enterprise annual contract value in 2018. Invoca has lead the customer review platform G2 Crowd Enterprise Call Tracking grid for three consecutive award cycles. Invoca serves over 375 brand and agency customers, including OpenTable, Samsung, SunTrust Bank, Bell Canada, DISH Network, and University Hospitals.
