3 Day Blinds is a 38-year old window treatment and manufacturing company. They deliver an incredibly personalized experience and custom product, making phone calls a critical touchpoint.

In fact, Dan Williams, Chief Revenue Office at 3 Day Blinds, explains that 70% of appointments come from phone calls. 3 Day Blinds wants to talk to customers prior to meeting them in their home to better understand their needs and preferences. They use everything from paid search, display, radio and TV to drive phone calls and ultimately in-home appointments.

3 Day Blinds decided to use Invoca to get the sophisticated call tracking and analytics they needed.
